Home and Away Description

The Home and Away tournaments are part of the Bay Area Senior Association (BASA).  

BASA organizes the Private Clubs in the Bay Area.  Selected clubs are played in Groups.  Each club In the group plays one tournament at their Home course and one tournament at the Away Course.  The Schedule can be seen at www.rmgc.golfgenius.com

 

The cost varies depending on the club but is usually in the $75 range and includes the green fee, range balls, cart, breakfast, lunch, prize fund and lots of fun.  The teams are made up of 2 players from the Home Team and Two players from the visiting team. The game formats vary but 2 best balls, and Stableford are two common formats.  These are not scrambles.
