Twilight Description

Twilight is a very popular monthly 9-hole scramble.  The shotgun start is at 2:30pm and is followed by dinner in the Event Center after golf.  The scramble is played on the Dollar Course.  The players eligible to play in the Twilight must have a Golf Handicap Index Number (GHIN).  This is an RMGC sponsored event that includes the other Rossmoor Golf Clubs (18ers, 9ers

The cost is generally in the $45 range and includes: Dinner, Cocktails, Beer/Wine, and other beverages, a prize fund and a very good time.  

 

The Dollar course is played on the Upper Dollar 9 holes (7,8.9.10,11,12,13,14,15) and the Lower Dollar 9 holes (1,2,3,4,5,6,16,17,18) There are 4 player teams.  

 

Registration Options:  All registrations and payment are online.

Sign up as a single, pair, three, or four.  The pro shop will fill in groups of less than 4.

At registration, a player can build a team by registering all players at once.  The player registering the team has the option to “invoice” the other players at checkout, so each player can pay their own entry.  Or the player registering the team can pay for everybody. (not recommended but available)

 

Dinner Guests not playing golf.  A player may register one guest who is not a player.  (e.g. spouse or plus one) Registration for Dinner only will be by a separate link.

 

It is common to have a large turnout.  150 or so players and 15 or 20 guests.  Another tournament to register early.
